Space Booking Request

The reservation is confirmed upon payment as per the quotation.
The booking is limited to the specified space only.
For large events, a refundable deposit of at least SAR 5,000 is required. The amount will be refunded after the event once the space and furniture are verified to be in good condition.
Booking time includes setup and teardown; extra hours will be invoiced.
The client is responsible for personal belongings and must clear the space after use.
AlMashtal is not liable for any lost items.
In case of damage, the cost will be assessed and invoiced or deducted from the deposit.
Payments are non-refundable, but can be used as credit within 3 months.
Date changes must be requested at least one week in advance, subject to availability.
