Space Booking Request

Space Reservation Terms

  • The reservation is confirmed upon payment as per the quotation.
  • The booking is limited to the specified space only.
  • For large events, a refundable deposit of at least SAR 5,000 is required. The amount will be refunded after the event once the space and furniture are verified to be in good condition.
  • Booking time includes setup and teardown; extra hours will be invoiced.
  • The client is responsible for personal belongings and must clear the space after use.
  • AlMashtal is not liable for any lost items.
  • In case of damage, the cost will be assessed and invoiced or deducted from the deposit.
  • Payments are non-refundable, but can be used as credit within 3 months.
  • Date changes must be requested at least one week in advance, subject to availability.
