The Spring - Meeting Room
Capacity: Accommodates up to 10 people, equipped with a display screen.
The Mill - Workshop Area
Capacity: 20-30 people, depending on furniture layout
The Compass - Indoor Area
Capacity: 85-100 people, great for large gatherings, exhibitions, talks, screenings...etc
Outdoor Space
Capacity: Suitable for events with up to 250 people

Space Reservation Terms
- The reservation is confirmed upon payment as per the quotation.
- The booking is limited to the specified space only.
- For large events, a refundable deposit of at least SAR 5,000 is required. The amount will be refunded after the event once the space and furniture are verified to be in good condition.
- Booking time includes setup and teardown; extra hours will be invoiced.
- The client is responsible for personal belongings and must clear the space after use.
- AlMashtal is not liable for any lost items.
- In case of damage, the cost will be assessed and invoiced or deducted from the deposit.
- Payments are non-refundable, but can be used as credit within 3 months.
- Date changes must be requested at least one week in advance, subject to availability.
